What may be processed

When you request a page, hosting, content-delivery and security providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested path, referring page, approximate request time and security events. This is normal for delivering and protecting a website.

If you choose to email or contact Linfeng Labs through the company website, the information you send is processed so the company can respond. Do not send a seed phrase, private key or other wallet secret.

Why it may be processed

Technical request data may be processed where necessary to deliver the site, maintain availability, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents and understand operational failures. Correspondence is processed to answer your request and keep an appropriate business record.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be legitimate interests, steps before or performance of a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Service providers & transfers

Data may be handled by providers that host, deliver or secure the site, by professional advisers where necessary, or by authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where required, Linfeng Labs will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard.

Linfeng Labs does not sell personal data collected through this site.

Retention

General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, transaction, tax, corporate, security or dispute records may be kept longer where the law or a legitimate business need requires it. Technical security logs are kept only for a proportionate period, subject to the relevant provider’s settings.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data; object to certain processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some rights are qualified and lawful exceptions may apply.

External sites apply their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover them. If the Lattice site later adds analytics, forms, accounts, wallet connection or other data processing, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before those features are enabled.
